When you are done with exercise you feel great and repeat the same thing the next day and so on.
When dancing you get that benefit but also receive the added bonus of being able to achieve an extra boost of self expression.
On top of that you don’t just repeat the same each time. You get to continually learn new movement, new technique, new combinations.
Dance is also an activity that keeps your interest and is always best when done with friends. It is also a great way to meet new friends that share a common interest which will also help your mental happiness.
